I have a new Britax bsafe and my husband and I can't get the recline to adjust on it. Is there a trick I am missing?!!? We push in on the gray "button" but it won't move at all. It was shipped adjusted all the way out. Thank you for any help you can give us!

It is challenging and not intuitive. You have to press the button, pull the foot slightly further out and then wiggle/jiggle it back in.

Britax is normally a company I recommend a lot but this doesn't impress me at all. I'm due within the next 3 weeks, how do they expect a very pregnant woman to adjust this thing?!!?

It's very difficult, but not something a pregnant woman wouldn't be able to do it just takes dexterity you can't muscle it. If you call Britax they will talk you through it and that helped me a lot.

It doesn't take a lot of force, you just have to figure out which way to move it to get the edge of the foot past the catching point.

I have a floor model at my store that I can only sometimes figure out how to get back upright. Once I've seen one totally stuck, it was returned for a replacement. I sort of doubt it ever needs to be in the upright position, anyway, so maybe it's not really an issue? How flat are your vehicle seats? If very flat and hard, then keep working with Tiggercat's tip till you figure it out, if they are sloped and buckety, leave it out.

We can't get it to adjust no matter how much wiggling or pushing we do!! It's adjusted all the way out and thankfully is fine on our Suburban's captains chair. It shouldn't ever need to be moved since by the time we can trade this vehicle in he will have outgrown the seat anyway!!
