Brett passed the 5 step test!

DD wanted me to take the kids to their dad's for her today when I was over for lunch. I was unprepared booster wise and Brett jumped in and buckled up. I was surprised to find he passed center and passenger outboard in my Prius. I wish I had thought to try this before I let him ride in the front in a booster on one of the super cold days. The belt fit was pretty good too.

That day scares me. Especially since it's gonna happen sooner than I'll be ready for it. Quinn and Sean are both top of the growth charts :p. Of course, I do still have a few years, since Quinn is only 4 :p

Yeah, you have a few years, lol! Brett is 9.5. He was pretty pleased with himself. Ha ha. Hannah was like, "Wait, you didn't test me!" I promised her we would next time since we were already on our way.:) Seriously, it is pretty cramped back there with the 3 of them.

We (collective, general we) complain about the car seats blocking our view, but by the time they are out of car seats, it's the kids blocking the view :p. I do have to be honest, I think I'll be glad for the day Quinn is able to be boostered 100% of the time. I'm getting tired of doing up two harnesses. He refuses to even try to buckle right now. But I think that has a bit to do with having his coat on. It's a Snoozu, but it still makes it hard for him to see the buckles.
