Hi, I'm doing the carseat shuffle with three kids in our 2017 Odyssey and have put my small almost-8yr old in his Monterey XL, in the back row, driver's side. He's only 49" tall (don't recall seated height) so his headrest isn't very high. I noticed that the top outside edge of the booster headrest is less than 2" from the side curtain SRS stamp on the driver's side rear pillar. Is this a concern? Could his headrest impede the appropriate deployment of the curtain airbag (his 11 yr old sister in her backless booster is in front of him with seats in wide mode, so her head isn't protected by a headrest and is near to the side window)? Is there any danger to him having his headrest so close? If this is an issue I can put him in a skinnier booster in the middle of either 2nd or 3rd row (but in the 3rd row I lose latch - not the end of the world), but if it isn't, he loves his Monterey.
Thanks!
Thanks!
