Question Baby Trend Harness Threading piece

Does anyone know where this is located on the seat?!

Just did a check & they had a brand new in box baby trend seat & there was no tool for threading the harness through like shown in the manual?! They wanted to be shown how to remove the harness in case it needed to be washed ( went over not washing etc... ) so we took the harness off & realized we needed the tool & it was no where to be found?

They are going to call baby trend tommorow but I'm assuming its just hidden in a weird spot?

It comes attached to the seat with a plastic tag bit like comes on clothing. Along with the manual and registration card. There's no storage location on the seat itself as far as I know.

ours was attached between the cover and the base, it was really hidden, i however never used it for rethreading the harnesses ever, I just pushed them through.

Between the cover & the base? Or the cover & the shell? That's the one place I didn't look lol

I fought for 15 minutes. & couldn't get it to thread back through :/

cover and shell sorry its been a long day in this house, that is also where the locking clip was, it was really weird because i never would have though to look for it there, i only found it because I washed the cover before we used it because it smelled funny from being in a shipping container going from WA to Japan.

Mine was loose in the box I think when I got it. For reference it's like a thin plastic ruler, so if you happened to have a thin plastic ruler and set the harness to either fully up or fully down (I can't remember) then the slots line up and you can push it through. It SHOULD have a permanent storage spot on the seat somewhere as it's so easy to lose.
