Baby monitors

Mine sucks:thumbsdown: It's staticy at home and it doesn't work at all when we're visiting my ILs because it picks up their neighbour's baby, not ours. It's this one Safety 1st Super Clear Monitor. I think I want a digital one. 2 receivers would be ideal, but I can live with one. What monitor do you have that works well? TIA

and have been really happy with it. We have the one with two handsets. No interference, has a vibrate feature, and long lasting battery (about 8 hours) - recharging bases are pretty small as well...

You can also buy one that comes with two parent units. I like that it has the voice activation feature so it doesn't pick up every little sound. I've been very happy with it.

The batteries on ours are dead, but they still work fine as long as they are plugged in.

I don't know if this is common among baby montiors, but ours beeps if it loses connection. That way you know that the silence is really because baby is quiet, not just because it's out of range or something.
