Arizona laws

Do they have a age for harnessed seats? I found that is just 5 yrs and younger in a child restraint but it doesnt specify what kind.

Nope. That's it, just 5 or younger in a child restraint. We're one of only I think two? states left with such awful laws. :(

Suck! My friend jsut posted a pic of one of our other friends daughter and she is barely 2 in a TB but he is one of those "if it isnt against the law" kind of people. I was hoping there was a harrnessed seat age.

I think I've read here that a lot of states have proper use clauses. If AZ has a proper use clause, then that would be illegal because the TB manual says age 3.

I don't get that attitude. Do the laws of physics change when you cross the state line? If you say something to them about it, I hope it goes well.

Yes, AZ is awful when it comes to safety laws.
UNDER 5, has to be in a child restraint. That means 4 years old.
Five and up can use just the seat belt. :(

It is still legal for kids to ride in the uncovered back of pick-up trucks! (unless it has changed in the last year and I didn't hear it.)
