Apex 65 in 03 Honda Civic

Are you able to install this in this car? The headrest do not move in the back seats but they are higher on the outboard positions.
Just wondering if this seat is a good idea for a 3 year old 36 pound.

Not sure about the '03 specifically, but the Apex is one of the few seats I can install in my 1997 Civic HX -- the Husky is the only seat that fits properly outboard because the buckles are forward of the bight ... the Apex fits in the center over the hump: Leila is even with the top harness slots & still has enough vehicle head support in the center on top of the hump (she should have enough head support outboard too once it must be used as a booster)
