So technically since my 6 month old can sit up unassisted and has good head control she can use in angle adjuster with her Radian now?

I think that is the general consensus, here at least. I'm not sure if you called Dinono if you would get a clear answer or not.

As a parent, I would be ok trying it in a situation where I could watch her the entire ride to make sure her airway never gets compromised, even if she sleeps. I am not a tech though, just another mom.

It really depends on the car. In some cars it makes it very upright, others it keeps it from over reclining.
