Alpha Omega RF age limit?

New member
I looked at my son's Alpha Omega Elite the other day to see if the specs would allow my daughter to RF in the hand-me-down in my husband's car. Her previous seat had expired. The RFing sticker on the side of the seat says something like use only with children between 5 and 35 lbs, some height measurements (?), and who are less than one year old. I'm thinking I read this right. I read it several times on different days, but the seat is at work with my husband right now. Is this some kind of mistake, I'm I reading it wrong, or is there some reason why this seat would not RF after one year. The seat has to be less than 3 years old. We bought it new when my son turned one. Back when I believed the lie that 1/20lbs was okay to FF. Praise God I never had to test our car seats.
I'm looking for my manual (we've moved) and I'm going to read the sticker again tonight, but I was wondering if there was any knowledge of this limit. Thanks in advance.

It says to only use it RFing for babies under one year, as in babies under a year can't be FFing. There is no age-related reason to have to turn FFing, only weight and height reasons.

They write these things in such a way that it sounds like there is an age limit, but what they really mean is that if baby is under age 1, they must be rfing.
