Acura MDX installing seat in the middle of back seat

I was wondering if anybody was able to install two car seats next to each other on the back of Acura MDX 2012. I have RF 2 yo next to the window and want to install Nautilus harnessed seat for my 6 yo in the middle. I could not find anchors in the middle of Acura MDX back seat. Please advise. I know I am not supposed to use an anchor on one side one side to hook both car seats. Please advice if you have experience installing your car seat in the middle of ACURA MDX backseat.
Thank you kindly.

Usually you will get more space by installing both seats with the seatbelt instead of lower anchors. (you should still top tether forward facing seats.)

However the Nautilus often doesn't play well with others so it may not be possible. What is the other seat?

I think the MDX has center LATCH (IIRC, it has 3 full sets of LATCH anchors), but they are covered/hard to find.

However, ITA that it is unlikely you will get an outboard + center installation (esp with a Nautilus). I would try installing both seats with the vehicle seatbelts.

The other seat is Graco Size4 Me. I found 1 center anchor, but not the second one. The middle seatbelt is very weird in the MDX it comes out of the ceiling, so I hoped I could do anchors. Thank you kindly for your inputs!
