5 pt. harness for very tall 5yo?

This young lady just turned 5, and currently uses a Graco Nautilus. She's big, tall, and immature, and the Nautilus will likely be outgrown by height before she is ready to handle a booster.

The Nautilus is bugging her neck, so it will become her secondary seat for the car that isn't used much, and she needs something new for the main vehicle. What are your top picks??

Vehicle is an Odyssey, and '03 I think - perhaps an '05, and she'll be in a captain's chair.

Do you have a budget? First seat that comes to mind is the Britax Frontier, it has the tallest harness but is expensive. There is also the Sureride but I don't think it has harness pads so it might also bother your daughters neck.

You can call Evenflo and purchase harness pads for the Sureride - IIRC they were about $7 shipped.

It's the headrest that is bothering her neck - the way it thrusts the head forward a bit, and doesn't lie flat with the rest of the seat back.

We'll have to look at the SureRide. Is the harness taller than the Nautilus?

Yes, it has the second tallest top harness height on the market, after the Frontier/Pinnacle. And no headrest at all.
