3rd row of Escalade- car seat that fits

We have 3 clek foonfs and an Escalade. The two cleks in the captains chairs fit great but the one that goes in the 3rd row side seat runs into a piece of plastic that prevents the carseat from sitting fully flat against the back of the 3rd row seat. Anyone run into this issue and have either a solution or a seat that fits into that spot better? Thank you!!

What year is your Escalade? It looks like the third row configuration varies depending on model year, and that could help us figure out what needs to change. Is there another position in the third row you can try? How many of the seats are RF and how many are FF? What age/weight/height are the kids?
