Question 3 across in a 2014 Toyota Camry

We currently have a Cosco Topside booster seat and a BabyTrend Flex-loc infant car seat installed in our 2014 Camry.
With another one on the way, and with current baby outgrowing the infant car seat, we are looking to fit a convertible car seat.

What seats would be recommended for a family with an extremely tight budget?
We are trying to keep the booster near the window as the older child wouldn't like being in the middle.

Any advice and recommendations would be very appreciated.
