Due to deliver baby 3 next year in April. We are considering 2 Graco SlimFit LX3s for what will be a 3 year old toddler, a 1 year old, (I know he will have to be rear facing) and then there will be the newborn. We'd like to use the Graco Snug Fit infant seat as it attaches to the stroller. Does anyone know if we can even do 2 rear facing seats in an Equinox?

You certainly should be able to fit 2 rear facing in an Equinox. I don't know if those seats in particular will work- your best bet is to order from somewhere with easy returns like Amazon or Target, and keep the tags on as you try it out.
