I was able to help her last night so they are ready for a trip but need to figure something out when she gets back and needs to fit the baby she watches.
Kids
2 year old rfing in my ride. Not sure weight.
6 year old, 36 lbs, in a cosco high back but she is too tall. Mom would rather move her to a booster than a harness. I did tell them not to use the seat as a booster, she fit horrible! Thinking she would fit great in a turbo.
Two older kids 9 year old in a booster and 11 year old no booster.
1 year old kid she watches, in a Chico key fit but moving to a convertible soon.
Car has two captain's seats then third row has lap belt in the middle.
She tried my ride in the back outboard, it absolutely would not fit. She had 11 year old in the lap belt, she now knows that isn't an option.
When she gets back want to try a FF radian in the lap belt, but like I said she wound rather booster her. If she boosters her she wound have to put the 11 year old in the front seat since there wound be no way to get to the back outboard seats with a rfing seat in the lap belt. She would also have to uninstall the 1 year olds seat in the evening if they all went somewhere as a family.
Which is better a FF 2 year old and 11 year old in the back or rfing 2 year old and 11 year old in the front? She says the front airbag has a sensor.
The mom of the 1 year old is going to buy her a seat to keep, I figured the next fit would be perfect since it installs so easy. She wants to be able to take the 1 year olds convertible out on the weekends to give her kids more room. The next fit installed horribly in the captain's chair with latch. They were in a hurry, didn't get to try it with seat belt.
She home schools so she needs something that works for everyday.
Thanks for help!
