I know this isn't something normal to sell long distance, but hey, I sold a violin to a member here before and I'm really wanting to unload this little viola. My daughter has been playing on a 13 inch for a year!
This is a great, little viola. It's a real viola with thick ribs. It is not a violin strung as a viola, but you could string it as a violin and it would have a bigger sound. It is the Paganini model (student model), made by Charles Liu, a Salt Lake City luthier. It was made in 2008. It has a few tiny chips in the paint, but overall in great condition. It should have the strings replaced, since I haven't done that. My daughter played on it for around 2 years. It is equivalent in size to a 1/2 sized violin, but thicker. It is correctly sized for a child who measures 20-22 inches from the neck to mid-palm.
I have some videos of my dd playing the viola. These are from today, having played the past year on a bigger instrument with more space between the strings.

The original case broke, so I had to buy a new one. The case it comes with is in very good condition, with no issues whatsoever.
As I mentioned before, I sold a violin long distance a few years ago. I am familiar with proper packing and shipping of a string instrument. I would ship insured fedex. I'm asking $325 for it shipped. (It was $500 new.)
