RA50 $49.98 at Target!

For anyone in Northern Chicago suburbs, I am pretty sure the following stores have none based on my research (in spite of what the inventory checker may say (and sorry for those who used it - I thought it would be helpful, but I guess it wasn't so much)
HP, Gurnee, Palatine (on Dundee), Wheeling, Schaumburg, Golf Mill, Vernon Hills, Mundelein

For those of you who got RA50, was your plastic bag around the seat closed off with a twisty? I don't remember my previous Britax seats being packaged like that.

I got mine in Poway. Looks like the Sports Arena store might have one. I know my Target was doing an inventory check last night.

On a side note... interested in a car seat play date sometime?

Ha ha! I have no clue. I was so excited about the seat that I just tore a random hole in the plastic bag to get it out.

Mine was closed off by a twisty.

Judi, did you scan it to make sure it was $140 and not marked down further? If it is $140 this week, you should go there first thing Mon morning - bet it's $50!

If it's a close store, I'd probably keep checking.
Crunchy scanned my seat and it came up as $139 and then when I was there later that same day, it was $49.88

How did you check stock? I looked online and it says online only item so I cannot check stock. I'll be out tonight and could be nearby one of two Targets if I had a reason to be. I'm sure they are long gone here, but it occurred to me that it might be a great idea to pick one up for the grandparent's car. They don't NEED a seat, but it'd be nice and for this price... It just occurred to me a little late. Oh well.

I was for once in my life LUCKY!! LOL. I stopped at target lastnight since it was next door to the walmart I had to go to (DS2 broke his glasses AGAIN).. and they had 2 RA50's over by the swings and stuff. They weren't marked down on the shelf or even on the boxes (hence why they were probably still left!) But I scanned it and sure enough they were $49.. I swapped out the sceneras with the RA50's

Lucky you! I figured they have all been taken by now. I have been looking still if I happen to be in the area of a Target I haven't been to. I'm enjoying the one I'm using for DD right now.

The RA50s are listed as $199 at both Targets near me and I couldn't scan them while I was there. Hm. Maybe need to work harder to scan them as I would really like one.
