$60 cowmoo ma - $43 granite marathon (Target.com)

So when I ordered it said "usually leaves warehouse within 24 hours" but now says "arriving in 2-6 weeks" (probably because they sold out)
So do you think the people that ordered when it said 24 hrs will get it then or have to wait?
And if we have to wait, do you think it will be a new DOM? (i can't see them recieving more older DOM's)

I just got the granite ma for $36.40 total with tax!
I went through the aaa website and got the 10% off and I had $5 left on a gift card.
I hope they are not too old, my baby is not even due till the end of April and I'll be using an infant seat for the first 6mon or so. I just couldn't pass up the deal.
I wonder if my 5 1/2 yo will fit in it? He only weighs 37 or 38 lbs right now but I'm not sure if his torso height will fit.

I just went to my account page too like PP said.
I ordered two. One says estimated arrival of nov 21-26 and the other says dec 18-jan 9

My confirmation email says:
"Shipping estimate for these items: December 15, 2008
Estimated Delivery: December 18, 2008 - January 6, 2009 "

Ok, I ordered one even though I don't technically need one. I can either a) use it in grandparents car if needed, b) replace one of my Frontiers (since there are still issues with the straps; I need to call Britax about that) or c) sell it on CL.
I'm not gonna believe this deal though until I see it SHIPPED ya know?!

The cowmouflage one I ordered says this, too, but the Granite one still has the option to cancel.
Target has cancelled my orders before - I remember last year, I ordered a Little Einsteins toy at a great price, but they cancelled it, and I had no recourse to get the same price.
Is that legal? I mean, I thought companies HAD to honor the advertised price - it's why Right Start has basically given away some awesome things in the past - the mistake was on their end so they honored the price. Is that the law, or just good business practice?
I'll be mad if this order is cancelled.

Well they charged my bank account already. That has to be a good sign, right?>
When you purchase something from a retailer online, you agree to their TOS. And most sites, like Target!, have a TOS that says they have the right to cancel orders due to "mistakes" at anytime.
That said, IF this goes through, I'll be shocked! But I hope they do.
