I am in the process of getting the proper parts to add a tether anchor to my SIL's 98 Lexus E400 (I think that is right). Well, I ordered the kit that was in the owner's manual, but it did not include the anchor plate. The link above is where I finally found the part #. The dealer has just ordered it for me this past Friday. I called the dealer 5 or 6 times over about a 7 week period and they NEVER gave me any useful information. I finally looked online for the part # and found it at www.thecarseatlady.com I should know in the near future if this is what I need. The kit I ordered only came with a bolt, 3 spacers, and a heavy duty locking clip. I still needed the anchor plate to bolt to the car. HTH!

Thanks! This doesn't include installation, though, does it? Would the lady I'm asking for still have to pay the dealership to install them?
