Radian XT Issue

Okay, I've got a problem with my Radian XT:( I need to put the headrest down lower than the harness slot that DS is on. Is that even possible? In order to get the headrest to be just above his shoulders, the headrest is interfering with the harness. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm confused...is he rear facing like it says in your siggy? If so the harness should be at or below anyway so I guess I'm not able to "see" it interfering?

I believe some others have had this issue. No, you shouldn't put the headrest down over the harness. I suggest you contact Sunshine Kids about this issue.
