My neighbor drove by on his way to base with his 2 kids. I stopped him and he had his 2 and 3 yr old in nothing but adult seatbelts.
I told him it was stupid and why... He said his wife had their boosters and he didnt have the keys to her car.
Soooo.. Me being the nice caring person that I am, got him my Apex and showed him how to install and use it properly. At least the 2 yr old is in a seat. The 3 yr old is in nothing since that is the only spare seat I have. :thumbsdown:
I told him to put the 3 yr old in the Apex and the 2 yr old back in their old 5-point harness, so we shall see if he actually does it.
Now I wish I would have taken down his liscence plate and called the military police and warned them, but I was to shaken in disbelief to think about it.
Sigh... Oh well. At least it would go to a good cause.
