I want to keep both truefits...

because I love them.

However, that is alot of seats sitting around my house.

I have 2 Frontiers (as of today), 1 Radian65, 2 Truefits, and a Roundabout. Oh, and a Vivo.

I like having the same seats for the older two because my middle one always wants what DS has and DS freaks whenever she sits in his seat.

So right now I have 2 Frontiers and an RA in my van.

The RA will expire in 20 months, not that I think S will make it long in it. I am thinking he will be like J and outgrow it RFing at about 15-16 months old. He could go into a TF then and I think if he is like J, a tall back is going to be more important than 40 lb rfing limit to get him to 3 yr old.

My DH will be getting a new vehicle of some sort that he has promised me that we can ALL fit into so I know I will need another set of seats.

PLUS my sister might be wanting something baseless for her LO and trade me back my MA (oh, yeah, I haven an MA she is borrowing) for a girly TF for when Baby S outgrows the RA RFing.

I mean really, how good are the chances that I will be able to find seats as cheap as I found these when the time comes in the spring that I need 2 more?

Please tell me those are good enough reasons to keep them.

Well, hopefully baby S will be so kind as to pass down his RA to my baby A when the time comes....so that is 1 less seat. ;)

I helped a little, right? :p

You should definitely keep them. You've saved a ton on them, but what you really need is a tfp :D

I'm a bad one to ask because I count 7 seats for 3 kids that you have... that's only a little over 2 seats per kid right? Totally fine IMO :p

(Keep in mind this is coming from someone who up until I sold one to a friend this week had 8 seats for 2 kids  ;) )

How about I annoy you by telling you the CA fits PERFECTLY in the third row of the Freestar, with the second row at a natural angle and moved up one click?

The fabric of the seat is brushing up against the head rest, but there's just air behind that part, no seat shell.

You could probably have the seat moved all the way back if it were bolt upright.

I don't know if I should thank you or pound my head against the wall. What do I do now???

What do you think of the seat itself?

It's not a bad seat. I love orange, but this cover is as ugly as sin

I think the quality is about comparable to the new AOEs.

A lot of people complain about the recline, but with the Freestar's flat benches it works out perfectly without a noodle.

The adjuster tightens smoothly. Oh, it installed ridiculously easily. I went in expecting a fight, but nope. Just lift the cover up, tug at the buckle, lock the belt. I think I had it in in less than a minute and most of that was futzing around the other five seats I'd pushed out of the way.
