I would love to jump on it and use it as a great opportunity to promote not only safety, but the organization itself. However, I do not believe emails from Canada can get through. As well, I still consider myself to be a "beginner", and feel that a more experienced technician might lend more weight to the explanation.
Is there anyone here on this site who is authorized to draft a letter on behalf of the organization, with the reasoning behind collision-replacement, and an invitation for readers to learn more about child restraints?

I did already send a letter thanking her and encouraging parents to read the manual, follow manufacturer's guidelines, and see a tech. I'm not sure what "organization" you mean, but just to let you know, I have written.
