Question Radian XT--loosening up?

Hi all,
I'm having a problem with my XT and wonder if anyone has ideas. I have it installed RF using LATCH and rf tethered in my '05 Sienna. I got a great install after some struggle--it was in there really well with no movement at the belt path. The next day I noticed it had loosened up at the belt path. I tightened it again, thinking it was a fluke. Now today, again, it is looser. Why won't it stay tight? Is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks!
Jessie

hhmmm..what are the seats made up of? Is it compressible? could the seat be shrinking down and introducing slack? Are you trying to artificially adjus the angle of the seat, and maybe it's slipping back into/out of position, and thereby loosening up?

Can you post pics? that will help us the most.

I don't know what the seats are made of--just plain old Toyota minivan seats, I guess. I did work a bit on the angle--used Wendy's suggestion of pulling the seat back from the seat bight and pushing down on the part where the kid's feet goes so it's not too reclined. There is nowhere for it to go, though, so I doubt it's moving. I'm puzzled and wondering if there's something going on with the strap.
Thanks,
Jessie

Mine did that when I used the 'pulling away' technique. Only the XT though. Haven't had the same problem with my 65...yet.
