Help Choose a Seat!

I'm posting for a foster mom friend of mine. She mostly takes infants and has 2 KF 30 for them. But, occassionally she will do respite or have a slightly older/bigger child. Right now she has a Scenera with her 2 y/o FS RF in it. She is looking for another convertible to replace it with (I think it only has a few months left on it before expiration). The convertible doesn't have to fit newborns as she has the KF. She'd prefer low cost since it won't get used much but she would like to upgrade slightly from the Scenera she currently has. I did suggest the True Fit...any others?

What about the Evenflo Triumph Advance? Fits all ranges well from newborns to older children with an easy-peasy adjust :thumbsup:

I would also look at the EFTA & the MR. Both of those should last her a good long while RF for most kids. The EFTA has no rethread harness straps to. I have found both easy to install & use. Also the MR has a 40lb RF weight limit on it, so if she got a heavier older child then she would be able to RF them still. So those would be the seats I would look at.

The EFTA can be found for around $100-$150 depending on the sale. The MR can be found for about $150. Also if she takes the old Scenera she has to BRU or TRU right now she can get a 20% deiscount on a new seat, so that will make it cheaper. Also BRU carries both the EFTA & the MR!

I ditto this! The no rethread harness will make it easier for her to use for many different children

And you can find them onsale for between $105-150
