I posted a couple weeks ago about my best friend's friend (in another state) with a improperly used infant seat and urging my friend to say something to her. My friend did and the next day the car the baby was riding in was in a crash and baby was perfectly safe.

Last Wednesday night I went to a Girl's night and when the SIL of my friend who came found out I was a tech asked me to take a look at her seat. She didn't have her 11mo with her but I checked her Scenera (very loose and dad had wood and tiles (?!?!?!) rolled up in the towel for the proper recline) and helped her install it tight and instructed her on how to put her dd in safely. I got an email from her today and she and her dd were in a crash a couple days ago. Her dd is totally fine and she's just so incredibly thankful that I checked her seat when I did.

I'm starting to think I'm bad luck. But maybe I just have good timing and God is putting me where I need to be at the right time.

Join the club. I stole that shield booster 6 days ago and replaced it with a crappy OHS. Best $52.99 I ever spent, because I can't imagine what would happen to him if he were still in that booster.
