In the blog, it says all the new SL radians will RF to 45, but previously it had been only only the 80 and XT's would, and on the preorder sites, only the 80 and XT are listed at 45 Rfing, the 65 SL is still listed at 40....can we confirm whether the 65 SL will rf to 40 or 45?

0kay, so looking at the official SKJP testing stuff Jusi emailed me, it looks like the 65's will only go to 40 rfing......is that correct? to get 45 rfing, we have to buy the 80sl or xt sl, or have an 80 or xt thats less than a year old andbuy new connectors and harness?

Somehow I'd be pretty doubtful of them sending it replacement LATCH straps. And I'll tell you straight out, if they do send replacement LATCH straps and then make the 45lb retroactive, I will come pretty close to losing every ounce of respect I have for them.

I'm pretty sure they've made it quite clear that they won't make any 40lb seats retroactive to 45lbs though. So I'd be pretty confident you will not be able to do anything to change the 40lb rf'ing limit to 45lb rf'ing.

uh...I was writing this in response to Kecias blog post - in which she states that SKJP says that you CAN change a 40 lb seat to a 45 lb seat, by buying a new set of latch and a new harness. I wasn't just making that up. ;)

Right now, i have no way of knowing what is true or not and am looking forward to PUBLIC announcements from SKJP..but uh...according to Kecia....that's what Russ is currently saying. *shrug*
