Adjusting headrest of Radian XT

Can anyone explain how I adjust the headrest up and down? I can't seem to figure out how to do it based upon the manual. Do I need to push on something in particular? Does it lock into position?

You just kind of grab it at the bottom of each wing and push or pull accordingly. It's not smooth and it doesn't really lock per se, but once it's in a position, it's there till you move it.

Put your fingers right under the headrest wings, where the headrest meets the shell, and push up to move up. Put your fingers right on the top of the headrest wings, where the headrest meets the shell, and push down to move down.

It took me awhile to get it too.

what they said.

i also wanted to add though, that when i was messing with mine fresh out of the box, i was having trouble moving it because the latch straps were getting all caught up in it from their little pocket on the back of the seat

Got it. I just had to move it a little harder than I was trying to. Seemed like a bad idea but it did it:) Just installed the seat RFing to see what DS will say:)

It helps to tilt the bottom towards the front a bit before moving, rather than moving it straight up or down.:)
