She was doing a segment on lower and upper class and what the differences are. They interviewed the moms, one from lower and one from upper. The mom from lower class didn't give her kids whatever they wanted, they didn't live in a good neighborhood and there was consequences for behavior. The mom in upper class gave her kids what they wanted, were busy with "extra" after school activities, lived in a great neighborhood so there kids would go to a good school and get into a good University, this mom said she negociates with her kids.

They showed the mom in upper class driving with her kids Oh my goodness! They weren't even in booster! In fact they weren't even buckled in one scene  And in another clip they were laying on the seat sort of loosly tangled in the seat belts and were all over the place. These were younger kids, I would guess the youngest would fit a marathon and the older of the two would have fit in the regent.

I guess just because you have money to give your kids whatever they want, doesn't mean you will use this money to keep them safe as possible

Hmmm, too bad she didn't find examples of the opposites to go go along with her show (poor neglectful mother & dedicated upper class mama). Now everyone is going to be stereotyping entire economic classes on the basis of 2 profiles. :(

No one ever said that just because someone has money, it makes them smarter. Donald Trump is a great example of that. He's a rude idiot, imo. And poverty doesn't automatically equal ignorance or stupidity as many people like to believe.
