I have an ETA for my 5 month old. He is not tall enough for his head to reach the pillow.
The manual says to use the body pillow and infant head support in the rear facing position only. Then it says that an infants head needs extra support for the first three months, so to use a small rolled towel on each side of the head support pillow.
What baby is tall enough to reach this head support pillow??? It's way up at the top of the seat??
Do you have to have it up so high, or can I just move it down under his head?
ETA: Figured it out by looking at photos of other infants in the same seat. Just realized there is another slot to attach the pillow lower down! It does NOT say that in the manual (I don't think)!
