Can I do this?

I want to get DS a seat that he really likes (and I do feel bad that DD got an awesome one and he didn't). We're going to probably get just a turbobooster. His main ride is a regent but I have no problem just going to a booster for my car. He picked out the horrible pink one from target and I just can't do it. Ick.

Can I pick out a cool backless turbo and put a back on it? Are they made the same as the high back, just without the back? I want a backless just for back up anyway so I wouldn't be wasting money.

Yup :p

I like the one at Target now with the cars and trains and whatnot on it.

And the lizard one at Kmart is my personal favorite (we have it :D )

Those are both high backs.

I like the lizards one too, I just hate those pillows! We got the boring one at babiesrus and the pillows will not stay put and they got all saggy and shapeless. I could take them out, but then you lose 2/3 of the lizard print. :p I offered him the other one at target but he said he "doesn't like airplanes" and then started drooling over the hot pink one.

Is it the hearts delight one or the other one? Because, uh, you know theo ther one is called the "girls rock" pattern. Not that I have a gender bias, I could care less if a boy wants a pink seat, but if you're going to have it for a while it might embarass him when he's older. Walmart has a cute pink one (annette) that I got for A - I think it's more bearable, I don't like the target one either. I really like the Milan too, Buy Buy Baby at Easton has it. In fact, BBB has a lot of Turbo patterns, might be worth a trip.
