T&C bench seats and husky/regents

Those of you that have town and country vans and husky/regents. How and where do you have yours installed and has it been checked by a tech(or are you a tech).
This is what my mom got and it has 2 benches. I installed the husky in the 'middle' of the second row bench with latch, but it probably wont stay that way.

I have an 06 T&C. Both back seats are bench. I have had it in all positions but center back row with no problem, both with LATCH and seat belt. I haven't used the short belt path though. Right now, it is in the "center" of the middle row with LATCH. I mainly used that because I didn't want the seatbelt running across the access to the back. As for having it checked by a tech, no. We only have 1 state trooper that is "trained" in carseat stuff, but I have come to realize that I am more versed in it than he is. That being said, it is a "rock the whole van" install in all that I have tried and I didn't have to work too hard to get it that way. HTH!
