I love the Signo, but I'm think I may hate the CS at Recaro. I called a few weeks ago about stickers falling off. The person I spoke to said they have no replacements & there is nothing they can do about it. So I was pissy, but was dealing with it. Then, I uninstalled it to do a little more recline, and wanted to check the DOM while I had it out. The stickers has no date whatsoever on it. As in some random code that is nothing like a date and that is all. So, now I need to call Recaro again, but after the last convo, I don't want to deal with them. So, I know I have to call, but what should I expect of them? I mean really, what would you be happy with them doing?
