TBB compared to harnessed seat

Okay so I finally had a chance to try out carseats (the ones we have on hand here at the house) in the back of our Jeep to check out room amount. I can officially comfortably fit TBB/rf Scenera/TBB across the back seat with a few inches to spare and room by each door as well. Here's my question. Life would be sooo much easier if I could get a 2nd HWH ($150 or less) seat in there in place of a TBB is there a Harnessed seat that has about the same dimensions. I have maybe 2 inches to play with and still be able to feel comfortable room wise, and not squish into the TBB on the other side so my DD can still buckle herself. I also would preferablylike to have a infant seat instead of the scenera since it will be winter and the wind cuts like a knife November thru March here. The RF seat has to stay in the middle as DH and I are both tall and have to have the seats almost all the way back to be comfortale while driving. It's just nice to know something works comfortably at this point. Any new harnessed seat for DS MUST be $150 and under. He is 4 1/2 just turned 40 lbs and has a 14" torso.

FYI vehicle is a '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Backseat has no headrest.

Yeah I'm not impressed with Convertibles hat change to boosters. We have the Chase he just outgrew in weight and I refuse to use it as the booster (hence the reason he is in a turbo booster at the moment.) Would this make a good RFing seat when DS outgrows it? Then the new baby could possibly inherit?
