This is kind of a silly poll because I know both are perfectly safe options but I am just curious what others would do.
I am trying to decide locations for DD1 and DD2 in my 7-seater Sienna. DS is second row passenger side with the captains chair pushed towards the center. I don't want to move him.
So - DD1 Frontier third row center with DD2 RF XT second row behind the driver OR DD1 Frontier second row driver's side with DD2 RF XT third row center?
There are things I like and dislike about each configuration. With DD2 RF behind the driver, her seat is not braced when I am driving. I prefer how it installs in the third row because it rests against the second row seats. It's easy enough to buckle her back there. I prefer having DD1 third row center, though since DD2 is more protected for a side collision in a RF seat so since I have to choose one child to go outboard, it is DD2 in a RF seat.
So what would you do. I am seriously so 50/50 on this that I am tempted to just alternate them monthly!! DH would vote to put DD2 in the third row so he has more room to move the seat back when he drives (he is very tall!).
