So, my dd had finally decided to have the IP become her primary seat. I installed it, and when I went to adjust the headrest, it collapsed. It no longer will maintain any setting, except all the way down! My dd has ridden in this seat maybe 30 times in the past year.
And, we ordered it one year and 4 days ago (had it for slightly less than a year, however)! So, technically, it's out of warranty. I talked to the fellow on the Jane USA site and he really can't/won't do anything for me since they have no seats.
Is there anything I can do? My dd is very sad that she can't ride in her pretty blue seat. And, I'm really disappointed, the Indy is such a great seat with rigid latch.
