Question Will BRU let me return this seat?

I bought it 04/28/09 (have the gift receipt- threw the regular receipt away for some reason) and just took it out to install. I CAN'T STAND the install! It's been installed, but I have the manual, warranty card, original box, etc.

Will BRU let me return it for store credit even though it's past the 90 days?

You would have to call and find out. Mine locally will only let you exchange if something is wrong with it past 90 days, for an identical item. But if the seat is for your baby, I would just tell them you got it as a gift (hence gift reciept ;)) and that you just went to install it for the new baby. They should be understanding. Especially if you have all the paper work. I do not advise lying, but if it gets them to take it back then I guess you do what you gotta do!

Probably not. The computer will not recognize it in the system and won't allow a return. You can try, but I highly doubt it :(

Things have gotten WAY stricter in the last couple months since we are now following all the TRU policies :eek:

Thanks everyone. I wanted to know before I drove 40 min across town to try. It's almost impossible to get anyone to speak with you on the phone at our local store, and then they usually hang up on you while they go "check wtih a manager" about whatever you asked :rolleyes:
