I've read that you should not be able to pinch any webbing between your thumb and forefinger. Are there any guidelines relating to how easy it can be to get your fingers/hand between the harness and the child?
I'm getting fed up with this TF harness adjuster, and I'm starting to think my idea of "tight" is just too tight. I never feel like I can pull it tight enough. But maybe it's fine. I'm sure I can't pinch any webbing, but it always seems too easy to slide my hand between the harness and the child's belly. I pull the slack out at the hips before tightening, so that's not the problem. But it also seems hard to buckle the kids in if we don't loosen it first, even using the continuous loop thing to move what slack there is.
Thanks!
