Car Seat Handouts for Preschool?

I asked if I could provide all the parents of my son's preschool with car seat info. They emailed me back and said absolutely! They want to put the info in the folders before orientation. Has anyone done something like this? I looked at carseat.org at their brochures and I'm wondering if they are too wordy. Really it's exactly what I'm looking for but I just wonder if parents will get through 3 pages.

If anyone has done something like this I'd love to hear it and would love to see what you did!

I know somewhere on here someone did this but I can't find it now. I think she did one ERF brochure, one EH brochure, and a fact sheet with the basics, or something.

I would love to find one that I was allowed to print and hand out, too. My dd just started preschool this week.:)

I like the one found here. You can either print them off of order up to 100 I think, for free. I have a box of them in my back closet. The title is deceiving- it's not just installing. It's installing and using.

There's a million of them floating around. If nothing else, maybe you could type up your own with just some quick facts on them. I'm in the middle of talking my daughter's preschool into doing an entire car seat safety night!

I am also currently working on putting info together for a car seat safety night with my DD preschool / day school as well. The school serves Preschool thru 8th grade, so my info range will be wider then yours but willing to collaborate.

For distributing to people, I really like the free booklet you can order from USAA (here is the PDF version: http://www.usaaedfoundation.org/pdf/544.pdf). It has a lot of use/misuse pictures in it which is really handy.
To get it, go to: http://www.usaaedfoundation.org/
Select the "Order Publications" link at the top of the form.
Select publication "544 - Installing Child Safety Seats"
You can order up to 100 brochures at a time and they are free.

I checked that one out to see if it would work for Canada, it wont, but its also quite outdated. I dont like it, and I wouldn't hand that one out personally. It really made it seem as if after 1 year and 20lbs ff'ing was the only option. especially in the chart portion. Then it had a T-bar shield seat *gosh what are those actually called, way before my time those are!*, and yeah I think we all know those are not safe.

eta: though I do really like all the examples of misuse it has, more need to show those!
