So after my MR adjuster strap started to fuzz after 2 weeks, I got to looking at my GN adjuster strap, and it is really, really fuzzy - almost see a run starting to happen. When I called Graco about the MR (before looking at the GN), the CS rep said the adjuster strap was part of the seat and not replaceable on its own. 
I looked on Graco's website to see if I can order a new adjuster strap for my GN - it didn't list it as a replacement part (did say harness system, but don't think adjuster strap is part of that?). I emailed Graco about the GN strap but haven't heard back. Is this a "permanent" part I won't be able to get a replacement part for? I had a MA that needed a replacement adjuster strap and was able to get one for it. Has anyone gotten a replacement adjuster strap for a GN? My GN is a May 08 model, so out of warantee, I believe. I believe Graco needs to take a look at their adjuster straps. It seems like they are a tad too wide for the adjuster, causing it to rub when you release it?
