Tray for 23 mo. old RFing on airplane

We're going to Disney in about 9 months, and the baby will be 23 months old and RFing on the plane. Our flight is about 3 hours long, and though I'm hoping she sleeps... I know she'll be awake and need to be occupied too. I was wondering if any one had any suggestions of some type of tray she could use since she's RFing and can't use the normal trays on the plane. Something where she can color, eat a snack, etc.

Any suggestions? Or should I just not even worry about it?

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about a tray. I've flown further with my children (CA to TX at 18 months, CA to FL at 30 months) and never needed the tray. When my kids weren't sleeping, there was so much for them to see and do just by being on the plane. They also found it was entertaining to have mom and dad sit next to them.
