Alpha Omega Elite, can top slots be used?

Can the top harness slots of the Alpha Omega Elite be used or are they only to raise the headrest higher for use as a booster?

Really, that's the answer.
As a broad answer, I would say no. But I do know that the most recent ones have made it physically impossible to raise it to the very top with the harness attached. So while the answer is still no they can't be used, I wouldn't really tell someone that because they might think the second from bottom can't be used.
Well, still, just say no. No to the top slots.

My AO that I got when they first came out allowed for the headrest to be raised to the top slot but wasn't supposed to be used with the harness in that slot. The only way anyone would ever know that was if they had x-ray vision and could read the impossibly small warning on the back of the seat printed into the plastic. The new ones are made so that you can't possibly raise the headrest to the top level while the harness is still attached. It is a much better system. SO, it just depends on which AO you have on weather you are able to raise it, however you can't use the top slot with the harness in either type.
