There is a car seat clinic in Woodburn, at Salud Medical Center, from 9-1.

We NEED techs and helpers. Please let me know if you can help. So far, we have one tech.

I might be back in time to come help out. I'm in spokane and am planning to come back Friday or Saturday (I'm at the mercy of my MIL). I'll let you know ASAP.

Anyone? This is usually a busy clinic and we have one senior checker, that is it. Would love to have any and all helpers! Also, if you don't want to do that one, there is also one from 11-3, in Independence, at the fire station. If you would rather do that one, then maybe I can switch other people to the other...

Ironically I'll be in the area, but as I'm visiting a friend it'd be rude to bow out to do a check. Plus it's getting pretty hard to do checks.

PMing you about dropping off my old seats, though.

Dang! I wish I could, but like Wendy said, it's just getting too hard with this big old belly, not to mention, he feels like he is sitting so low in my pelvis - I can barely walk.

Remember, oh pg ones, we are here to teach, not to install.....

There are exactly two seats that I feel are easy enough to talk a parent through, rather than show them. :) The rest I show them and then have them do it.

I can barely get into MY car. I may have to switch to driving Nathan's Audi again since it's an automatic and I can get further back in the car, whereas mine is a stick and in order to get my microscopic legs to depress the clutch all the way I have to be completely forward and upright. And my belly is about to hit my steering wheel.

Have you seen a TFP yet? Mine is coming tomorrow and provided I don't need to use my cabin area at all to store carseats I'm going to go and install it now while my belly is smaller. I'm super excited about it. :) In fact it's heading your way now, on its way to a stop in Portland before it makes the rest of the trip and gets here tomorrow.
