I actually prefer the crotch length on the MR to the SS1.

I tried the ladies in it. My 33 pound just turned 4 yo was about an inch over the top slots and was about half an inch above the shell of the seat, so she had long outgrown it RFing and had also outgrown it FF. My 23 pound 2.5 yo had 2.5" of hard shell above her head.

It is weird that he fits better in the big convertible. One more seat that's good from birth.

Wow, Your girls must have long torsos. My DS will be 4 in October and he still had 3 in over his head RFing in the MR.

Yes the 4 yo is pretty tall and is all torso. I had expected her to be too tall since she is too tall for the MA and EFTA but I was surprised how little room my 2 yo had. She definitely has more room in her MA.
