Ever heard of this booster?

I was at walmart yesterday and was parked next to this new 2008 Jeep patriot. They had a booster in it called the Komfy Rider(yes, I am for sure it was spelled with a K-the rest I think that is how it was spelled).
It was a denim material and had no belt guides. Looked cushiony.

As, I was trying to find my keys I lost in my van while putting in my groceries  , the owner and son(maybe 4) asked if I needed help. LOL! I said, I was good, just misplaced my keys and thanks for the help. Then, I had to ask him about his booster. He said he got it at a garage sale for 1.00 a few years back.
I explained carseats and he said he had no idea and was running over to target(next door) to pick up a cleranced turbooster. Had no money for a graco nautilus or another harnessed seat.

So, now I am trying to figure out what this carseat was? Looked comfy for the head though, but really not that safe.

Was this seat ever recalled? I am just curious. It fit the child horribly andhe was well over 45 pounds
