DD is 6 months in these pics and DS will be 4 in October.
DS is 39 lbs and 41 in tall. DD is 18 lbs, not sure on height. DS has a short torso, he hit 33 lbs RFing in the MA on the bottom harness slot. I think DD has a short torso too, but she is too young to tell yet. She still needs to use the bottom slot on the 20lb snugrige we have.
DS in the myride RFing on th test bench at BRU
He still has a good 3 in over his head.
DD RFing... I threaded the harness right, I just couldn't get it to tighten any more than this... humm
GROSS MISSUSE!!! A BABY THIS SIZE SHOULD BE REARFACING!!
I can see how some parents would find this acceptable. Especially if they had a child like mind who hates to recline and wants to be sitting straight up. She actually fits well in the Nauti which I find scary!
DS in the Frontier. He mainly rides in a Nauti and I really like it except for the lack of padding in the rump area. I love how much padding there is in the Frontier and kind of wish I would have gotten him this seat instead but the Nauti is really the best choice for us because of price.
He said he liked it and it was very comfy.
See how much growing room he has! It is similar to the Nauti. I recently had to move the straps up to the third from the bottom and I hate how much space there is between his sholders and the strap slot. I like the way the Frontier has small incrimates (SP???) of strap heights.
So the point of this post was to show that DS would indeed have made it to 40 lbs RFing in the MR65. DD is currently riding in a Uptown and I am trying to decide which EEERF seat to get her. I'm also hoping there will be more releases. =D
