    I need help finding...

    ...this head support.

    http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/albee-baby_2060_81672808

We have the seat for a friend of ours but she is going to be using it for an infant and I can just picture her buying an aftermarket head rest.

I looked online on Gracobaby.com but they no longer sell it.

Does anybody know of any patterns that they still sell similar that I might be able to get a completely black head rest? I would settle for that.

    Otherwise, what are my options?

The Meteor pattern has the exact same headrest with a blue stripe instead of a red stripe. You can still buy that pattern from albeebaby.com I believe. At least you could a couple weeks ago. You can probably get the model number off of albeebaby and make up a DOM to order replacement parts on graco's website.
