would you complain

even at the risk of looking extra complainy? My replacement my ride arrived.. first of all it was not my choice of patterns, no biggie oh well, but the box was MANGLED.. on top.. but no biggie, then I lifted the box up to bring it in and the seat fell out the bottom.. I barely caught it.. Should I call graco? Do I just let this one slide?

ETA I emailed the woman I have been speaking with at graco and just told her I was a little concerned about the box being so damaged, I wanted the ok that the seat was still safe to use.

They are having me put return to sender for condition of box.. and have fed ex come pick it up and they will send a new one when it gets to them... I already had installed it for Nolan, but I am really not comfortable using it with out knowing what actually happened to it at fed ex..

I know when we had issues with the TB and got a replacement, it came in a box that wasn't obviously Graco (I think something that makes womb sounds or something to hear the baby). It was pretty beat up too. I called Graco and they said they just used a left over box that was there. Weird.
 
I actually asked for a refund, (emailed so I haven't heard back yet) I think this way I can just go get another my ride at the store myself.. otherwise, I might go for an ETA.. I noticed while putting it back that the retractor strap on the new one feels rough already.. like it would work into a really nice fray.. hmm maybe chandler is just a dud one.
