New EFTA?

I saw on a few threads a new EFTA cover was released. are there any changes to it? I love the EFTA but i caused huge welts and bruises for DS after our roadtrip, the part where the velcro met and the eps foam dropped off. Is it still like this?

Hi, Steph! When I was about to get my refund for the same reason, I noticed they did have a new cover design. The foam still sticks out a bit from the plastic though so I'm not sure if it's any better.

Is it possible to order just covers from evenflo for the triumph?

I have HEARD that if you call and complain about this problem, they will send you a new cover. I haven't tried this yet, but I plan to, lol.

thanks maddie, i appreciate the pics. I guess i gotta feel it for myself, he doesnt need a new seat tho lol i cut the straps on my efta and sent them to evenflo they refunded me.

my guy does alright in it but it does make his back red... would they send me another cover just the same or would they send me that new design in your pictures??

Well I called and told them that my son was complaining about his back hurting and he had the red mark.. they had awwwesome customer service. She immediately said she'd send me a check for the value of the seat so I could get something different.. I didn't even ask for my money back. She didn't say anything about them changing the cover, but when I went to BRU a couple days later I saw the new design. I bet if you asked for just a new cover they would send you one.
