I need to find my online receipt and cannot find it anywhere! Anyone remember who had the purple parkways for $70-ish? Going to try and search my email by store name.

yep, that's what i keep thinking. can't find my email receipt, and albee baby can't find it in their computer. arggghh!!
the headrest won't stay locked on my PW and since the DOM is longer than 1 year ago, i have to provide britax w/a receipt dated one year or less for them to do anything about it.

Did you pay with a credit card? Can you get a copy of your statement showing the sale date?
Also, I don't buy for one second that they don't keep those records. They have to have all of that for tax purposes. Maybe if you can find your credit card statement, you can see if it came from someone else.

Found the receipt- thought I had thrown the box away, but didn't :thumbsup: The hard copy was still attached to the box, and I'm waiting to hear back from Britax. First they told me that if I had the receipt dated within 1 year of purchase, they could help me, and I'm sensing a little back pedaling now. We've got 14 seats registered w/them (over the past 9 years) so I'm hoping they step up. We'll see.
